Introduction & Objectives
This report outlines the findings of the routine monthly data validation meeting for the Accra Metropolitan Health Directorate, held for the review of data from the month of June 2025. The primary goal of this exercise is to ensure the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the data collected from all health facilities within the metropolis, thereby supporting evidence-based decision-making for health service delivery.
